MIDDLE SCHOOL
Whether the student is a high achiever or a moderately paced learner, the ACE educational process proceeds at the exact level determined by the child’s ability. Individualization makes it possible for each student to master the subject before moving on. Such mastery is the foundation upon which all future learning is built. Individualization produces academic excellence. Biblical character training received as part of this learning experience prepares students to welcome and accept challenges and future opportunities that come their way.
Middle school students are offered Honors courses in English, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, and Physical Science to help prepare them for the challenging curriculum they will encounter in high school. In addition to basic courses, middle school students are introduced to the fine arts through visual art, drama, instrumental music, and choir.
All middle school teachers are trained in Great Expectations which is grounded in the belief that all students can learn. The goal of the middle school is to discover the gifts and abilities that the Lord has given each student and to challenge the student to develop those gifts to their fullest potential.
